Founder

It all begins with an idea. in 2018, Simon launched his own real estate brokerage, DOBI Real Estate, with a vision to offer realtors the services needed to enable growth and gives the agent, the buyer, and the seller the best experience. Within the first 11 months, DOBI grew its sales volume by 268% and broke through to the Top 30 in sales volume on Realcomp’s brokerage rankings.

Prior to becoming CEO, Simon was an associate broker and real estate agent at various brokerages in Birmingham. In 2016, he started Simon Thomas Homes and began to grow a small team of agents. It was during this time, that Simon recognized the ripe opportunity to enhance the agent experience at a brokerage and set out to make his vision a reality.

In 2020, during a global pandemic, he, along with his partners, opened up Twenty-Two Title, striving to streamline the closing and escrow process.

Simon’s number one priority is to provide all clients with an excellent experience.

Director of Operations

Reina is the Director of Operations and employee #1 at DOBI Real Estate which was founded in 2018. Reina has been integral in shaping DOBI’s culture, and organizational philosophy and has helped grow the company from 7 agents to over 100. Her scope includes overseeing operations, finance, staffing, marketing, and technology.

Prior to DOBI, Reina worked as operations and marketing manager for DOBI’s founder, Simon Thomas. She helped him grow his business by 300% in just over a year and also earned her real estate license before helping to launch DOBI’s various businesses. Since then, she’s managed hundreds of real estate transactions while also running operations.

Controller

Prior to joining DOBI, Jasmine worked for a big four public accounting firm (PwC) as a private company auditor serving clients in many different industries such as entertainment, insurance, and boat manufacturing. She was able to gain an understanding of each industry as well as build relationships with many clients and coworkers with each new client she was assigned. In her free time, Jasmine loves being with friends and family. She absolutely loves animals, especially dogs. Her favorite season is summer and, you will find her on the lake with family and friends any spare moment she has in the summer.
